Fully Automatic Drilling, Tapping and Milling of Control Panels, Plates, Cubicles and Enclosures with the "Perforex" BC2001S Machining Centre from Kiesling GmbH

With data provided either via manual input or directly imported from a CAD file, this 4 axis machining centre will automatically produce all of the device cut outs and holes required to prepare a control panel for final assembly.

The cutting functions are performed by a beam which moves across the work piece (up to 2200mm x 1200mm) and carries up to 18 different cutting tools, which Drill, Tap, or Mill according to their function. See picture below

The tools have an automatic tool surveillance system, to compensate for wear, and if a change of tool is necessary it takes a matter of seconds.
